- Clinical Child/Adolescent Psychology - Official graduate school transcripts.
- Three (3) letters of recommendation.
- Current curriculum vitae.

Your application must be submitted on or before November 15. Applicants who are felt to be a good match with this internship will be invited to interview either in person or by telephone.
