Sahil Bajaj

Postdoctoral Research Associate I

Sahil’s research focuses primarily on evaluating brain structure abnormalities following mild traumatic brain injury using cortical and diffusion measures. He received his Ph.D. (Physics) in 2015 from Georgia State University where his research was focused on fMRI based directed and effective brain connectivity (Granger causality and dynamic causal modeling) following stroke and rehabilitation. He worked as a postdoctoral research associate (2015-2016) at Houston Methodist Hospital where his research was focused on extracting brain tissue permeability using DCE-MRI and estimating cortical measures in individuals with frontotemporal dementia.
