Before coming to the University of Arizona to pursue his medical degree, Ross attended Arizona State University where he studied Spanish Literature. Dr. Francis graduated from the UArizona COM-T Psychiatry residency program in 2022. Outside of work his hobbies include watching Pac-12 College Football and Basketball (He's a Sun Devil, man!), watching murder mysteries on Netflix, and spending time with his family. His professional interests include Adult Psychiatry, Ethics, Forensic Psychiatry, and Neurotherapeutics. He graduated from the residency program in 2022.
