LIFE SKILLS GROUP: A DBT APPROACH FOR A MEANINGFUL LIFE, FOR WOMEN
In-person, Tuesdays from 9-11 a.m.

  • Topics include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, problem solving, addiction, social media, and building a satisfying life. For all ages!

In-person, Tuesdays from 1-3 p.m.

  • Topics include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, problem solving, addiction, social media, and building a satisfying life. For all ages!

ART GROUP
In-person, Fridays from 3-4:30 p.m.

  • A safe environment to explore self-expression and exploration.  Create social connections and practice stress reduction using creativity.  All materials are provided. 

RELAPSE PREVENTION
In-person, Thursdays 9-10:30 a.m.

  • Learn the red flags in high-risk situations, new coping skills, living skills, and work towards new and positive outcomes associated with substance use and mental health recovery.

AHCCCS Insurance Only

LET'S TALK: WOMEN'S GROUP AGE 60+
Online, Wednesdays from 3:30-5 p.m. | Fridays from 9-11 a.m. 

  • Facilitated by Dee Gonzales on Fridays and Pennie Bell-Casillas on Wednesdays, the group's topics will include coping skills for depression, finding motivation, crisis planning, addressing triggers. MEN'S GROUP
In-person, Fridays from 1-2 p.m.

  • Let’s talk about employment skills, managing anxiety, building relationships, community resources, and health & wellness. 

Women’s Group
In-person, Fridays from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

  • The focus of this group is to provide an opportunity for all those who identify as women to meet with other women who are on a journey in learning and increasing skills to feel and become more confident, empowered, independent, and to gain self-acceptance. We will review hot topics and have open discussions while doing hands-on activities to enhance our learning and bonding experience.
