Looking for Participants Ages 18-35
We are conducting a study at the University of Arizona to understand differences in brain structure and cognitive function in healthy individuals associated with emotion and memory.
What’s Involved
- 1 visit to the University of Arizona
- Cognitive/emotional testing
- 1.5-hour brain scan, during which you will rest quietly while “pictures” of your brain are taken using functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI)
Who May Be Eligible Participate

Healthy individuals ages 18-35

Must be right-handed

English as a primary language

No metal objects in your body
You will be compensated for your time
An Institutional Review Board responsible for human subjects research at The University of Arizona reviewed this research project and found it to be acceptable, according to applicable state and federal regulations and University policies designed to protect the rights and welfare of participants in research.
