This training covers terms and concepts relevant to LGBTQ+ identities, and provides an overview of some of the health disparities and inequities experienced by members of the LGBTQ+ community. Participants will gain a greater awareness of their role in reducing treatment disparities and the importance of practicing cultural humility.
Faculty are required to earn six DEI training credits annually. The trainings need to be watched live. The QR code will be provided during the training.
