Stanford Neuromodulation Therapy

Learning Objectives:
- To appreciate the rationale behind the TMS reinvention called Stanford Neuromodulation Therapy (SNT).
- To review key clinical results and scientific findings from the application of SNT to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD).
- Describe other potential indications for SNT as well as current and future directions.
The educational objective of Psychiatry Grand Rounds is to provide mental health professionals with updates on psychiatric topics with the goals of increasing knowledge, competence, and patient care. Psychiatry Grand Rounds are held on Wednesdays (September-May) from 12 to 1 p.m.
