  • Explain the biopsychosocial model and aspects of mental health and well-being.
  • Differentiate between post-traumatic stress and post-traumatic growth.
  • Understand the clinical applications of mind-body medicine as it applies to stress and trauma, trauma-spectrum conditions and post-traumatic growth and empowerment during this global pandemic.
