- Understand different types of biases and how they affect health and wellbeing.
- Identify tools and strategies to create and enforce inclusive polices in healthcare institutions.
- Create strategies to build an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all students.
- Practice using inclusive language in healthcare and education to ensure all individuals feel respected and valued.
- Participate in cultural competence training to better understand and serve diverse populations.
- Engage with diverse communities to better understand their needs and perspectives, and incorporate their feedback into practices and policies.
