Learning Objectives for "Adverse Childhood Experiences and Juvenile Delinquency"
In relation to the goal of ultimately improving patient care, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify some of the theories of criminality.
  2. Describe the ACE study.
  3. Recognize links between adverse childhood experiences and juvenile justice outcomes.

The objective of the Psychiatry Grand Rounds series is to provide mental health professionals with updates on a variety of psychiatric topics with the goals of increasing knowledge, competence, and patient care.
