Learning Objectives
At the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to:

  1. Understand the definition and significance of physician burnout
  2. Explore potential contributing individual and systemic factors to physician burnout
  3. Describe efforts to prevent and address the burnout epidemic

The educational objective for Psychiatry Grand Rounds is to provide mental health professionals with updates on psychiatric topics with the goals of increasing knowledge, competence, and patient care.
