The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on our sleep patterns and daily rhythms. This presentation will provide an overview of the rapidly evolving scientific evidence on how the pandemic has impacted sleep, rhythms, and dreams, as well as clinical insights and suggestions for managing sleep during a pandemic.
Presented by Michael Grandner, PhD, MTR, Psychiatry Professor and Director of the Sleep and Health Research Program, University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson. Hosted by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute-UA.
