"Treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder with Psilocybin"
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will be able to summarize current treatment for OCD and recognize the limitations of currently available interventions.
- Participants will describe neurobiologically informed hypothesis underlying OCD and predict the potential for 5HT agonists and glutamatergic regulators as treatments for difficult to treat patients
- Participants will critique findings from a preliminary assessment of the effects of psilocybin in patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
