Mairead McConnell, PhD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Banner University Medical Center South and a licensed clinical psychologist at the University of Arizona Cancer Center. As a clinical health psychologist, Dr. McConnell specializing in working with individuals with serious or life-limiting illnesses such as cancer and chronic pain. Her research focuses on the intersections of psycho-oncology and palliative care. She also has interest and background in grief & bereavement and women’s health.
