Erica has more than 10 years of experience working in healthcare, including serving in various roles within quality improvement and operations at Casa de los Ninos and Easterseals Blake Foundation. She served as departmental director for ambulatory quality improvement between March 2019 and February 2024 and as operations consultant from February 2024 to October 2024. She received her MBA from Western Governors University.
Erica is accountable for administrative and financial oversight at the department level. She reports to Division Administrator Krista Baker and together they share responsibilities related to financial reporting and administrative support within the department. This effort is aimed at streamlining our processes and ensuring smooth and efficient management of tasks such as budget oversight, financial reporting, and administrative coordination.
