Psychology Intern
Amanda Zöld was born and raised on the West Coast. She is currently completing her PhD in Clinical-Community Psychology with an emphasis in rural and indigenous psychology at the University of Alaska in Anchorage. While in graduate school, Amanda has focused on supporting individuals experiencing chronic, severe mental illness in inpatient and outpatient settings. She is passionate about reducing stigma toward mental illness through research and practice-based endeavors. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with her two dogs, painting, practicing yoga, and finding new local activities to try.
