Ari grew up in Los Angeles, CA and went to college at Brandeis University in Boston, MA. Ari spent two years doing research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) before going to medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA. Professionally, he is interested in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, catatonia, mental health equity, and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. Ari enjoys playing pretty much any sport, hiking, writing poetry, and making puns.
