Emily was born and raised in southeastern Massachusetts, completed undergraduate at University of Miami in Miami, FL where she majored in neuroscience. She studied research at NIH before completing medical school at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Her professional interests include psychoanalytic psychotherapy, integrative psychiatry, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. Outside of medicine, Emily enjoys traveling, kayaking, Crossfit, hiking, and singing.
