Katie Fellows was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and was fortunate to receive her Bachelors of Science in the field of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology followed by her medical degree both from the University of Nevada Reno. Professionally, Katie has a strong interest in Inpatient adult medicine and academic medicine and finds teaching to be the most rewarding part of the job. In her free time, she enjoys woodworking, traveling, and hiking with her husband and her dogs.
