Stacy started with Banner in 2015, as a Behavioral Health Case Manager, and moved into leadership as Director of Behavioral Health Case Management in 2020 for inpatient behavioral health. Stacy obtained her bachelor’s in human services and a master’s in community counseling from the University of Phoenix. Stacy is a Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor and has been working in behavioral health for 23 years. Stacy is passionate about leadership, earning the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and working with her team on performance improvement. She believes work life balance is key to success and productivity. As a fourth generation native Tucsonan, outside of work you will find Stacy spending time with her daughter, dancing competitively, singing karaoke, attending concerts, on the golf course, or riding her Harley.
