This training offers an in-depth discussion on confronting bias and being an ally. It covers the psychological and sociological implications of (not) confronting bias and provides a scenario for participants to examine how they would react if presented with the opportunity to be an ally. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped with tools to become better allies.
