Learning Objectives:

  1. Describe the importance of psychological safety.​
  2. Identify critical factors that improve team performance and help promote a psychologically safe workplace climate.​
  3. Develop self-awareness about one’s own leadership behavior and its impact on creating positive culture change.​
  4. Provide tools to assess or measure the level of psychological safety in your team.

The educational objective for Psychiatry Grand Rounds is to provide mental health professionals with updates on psychiatric topics with the goals of increasing knowledge, competence, and patient care. Psychiatry Grand Rounds are held on Wednesdays (September-May) from 12 to 1 p.m. Be sure to log into your CME account and complete the evaluation to receive credit.
