Learning Objectives
At the end of this Grand Rounds lecture, attendees will be able to:
- Exhibit knowledge regarding risk factors, course, and outcome in early-onset mood disorders and suicidality.
- Identify common aims and treatment targets of psychosocial treatment approaches for youth with and at-risk for mood disorders and suicidality.
- Describe recent research studies on manualized psychosocial approaches for youth with and at-risk for mood disorders and suicidality.
The educational objective for Psychiatry Grand Rounds is to provide mental health professionals with updates on psychiatric topics with the goals of increasing knowledge, competence, and patient care.
