Mind After Midnight

Are you ever awake when the world sleeps?

Help us to discover what your mind is doing after midnight.

The University of Arizona Sleep and Health Research Program is recruiting participants for the Mind After Midnight study.

If you:

  • Are 18-55 years old
  • Are not a shift worker
  • Are not pregnant
  • Are generally healthy
  • Do not use illicit drugs
  • Have an active internet/phone connection throughout the study (over two weekends)
  • Can read, write, and speak English
  • Have thought, at least once in the past 6 months, if only for a moment, about ending your life or even just thinking that you no longer wanted to face your life, or some kind of related thought.

Study Survey

 

We will:

 

  • Compensate you for your time and effort
  • Have you track your sleep and your thoughts and feelings at home
  • Have you come into our lab over two weekends to complete other study assessments during the day and night

Your participation will help us understand the link between wakefulness and mental health!
