Circadian Light Exposure Adjustment for Restfulness (CLEAR)
The University of Arizona Sleep and Development Laboratory is looking for child participants for a research study testing two strategies to reduce evening light exposure in order to improve sleep and circadian rhythms.
- We need healthy children ages 5.0 – 6.9 years who have difficulty falling asleep after bedtime for a research study lasting approximately 5 weeks.
- Families will be compensated for participating.
