WOMEN'S GROUP
In-person, Mondays from 2 p.m.-3 p.m.
- The focus of this group is to provide an opportunity for all those who identify as women to meet with other women who are on a journey in learning and increasing skills to feel and become more confident, empowered, independent, and to gain self-acceptance. We will review hot topics and have open discussions while doing hands-on activities to enhance our learning and bonding experience.
LET'S TALK: WOMEN'S GROUP AGE 60+
Online, Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m. | Fridays from 9-10 a.m.

Facilitated by Dee Gonzales on Fridays and Pennie Bell-Casillas on Wednesdays, the group's topics will include coping skills for depression, finding motivation, crisis planning, addressing triggers.
