LIVING WITH PRIDE

RELAPSE PREVENTION
In person, Thursdays 9-10:30 a.m.

  • Learn the red flags in high-risk situations, new coping skills, living skills, and work towards new and positive outcomes associated with substance use and mental health recovery.

  • Providing education and techniques designed to enhance the experience of human engagement.

LET'S TALK: WOMEN'S GROUP AGE 60+
Online, Fridays from 9-10 a.m. 

  • Facilitated by Dee Gonzales on Fridays and Pennie Bell-Casillas on Wednesdays, the group's topics will include coping skills for depression, finding motivation, crisis planning, addressing triggers. LIFE SKILLS GROUP: A DBT APPROACH FOR A MEANINGFUL LIFE, CO-ED
In Person, Fridays from 1-3 p.m.

  • A DBT approach for a meaningful life. Topics include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, problem solving, and building a satisfying life.
